		<description><![CDATA[Work continues on the building of the Manor Garden at Capel Manor College. The recent snow and cold weather has hampered the construction work of the church and cloister garden, but the foundations for phase 2 of the project have been dug-out and a delivery of ready mixed concrete from Cemex is poured.
