Greenheart for Parents & Carers City & Guilds/NPTC – Levels 1 & 2

Capel Manor has devised 2 ‘hands on’ part time 36 week programmes that run 1 day a week, September – July.  Aimed at parents and carers who have children of school age it runs from 10.00-3.00 pm, giving time to drop off and pick up children. You do not have to be a parent or carer to attend these courses.  It may just be that the shorter day suits you.

The Level 1 is the Diploma in Practical Horticulture Skills and covers a wide range of practical tasks including growing and maintaining a wide range of plants, propagation, lawn care and some hard landscaping.

The Level 2 course is ideal for avid amateurs and those keen to progress into or those new to professional horticulture.  The course offers theory, practical knowledge and hands on experience.
